Refund policy

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a failure of substantial character and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a failure of substantial character.

Without limiting the effect of the CGA, where you have purchased a product from us that:

● is faulty, unsafe, contains a defect, or is not of acceptable quality, appearance or finish;
● is not fit for its intended purpose (or any particular purpose you made known to us); or
● does not match the product image or our description (or any sample or demonstration model shown to you),

or we are otherwise legally obliged to accept a return of the product under the CGA or any other applicable New Zealand law (“Deficient Product”);

we will accept returns and provide you with (in accordance with our obligations under the CGA, which may include at your election for a failure of substantial character) an exchange, credit note or refund using your original payment method.  However, we shall not be obliged to offer a remedy where the goods have become of unacceptable quality as a result of your misuse, abnormal use, or neglect.

If you believe a product you have purchased from us is a Deficient Product, contact us at [insert email address] with (if applicable) images and other descriptions of the fault or deficiency.

Deficient Products can be returned within a reasonable timeframe (the length of which may depend on the circumstances) subject to proof of purchase.

Once you’ve submitted your return request, we will contact you with details of your return so that you can send your item(s) back to us.  We will cover the packaging and postage costs associated with you returning and where applicable provide a refund for any taxes and duties actually paid by you associated with a Deficient Product. However, you are liable for any delivery costs if we acting reasonably determine that returned product does not meet the criteria for being a Deficient Product.

Except as above, or as otherwise required by law we are not obliged to accept any returns or exchanges, for reasons such as change of mind.

Subject always to any non-excludable liability implied by legislation (including under applicable consumer laws such as the CGA, our maximum liability (if any) in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, at our election, be limited to:

      in relation to goods, a refund, the replacement of the goods, the supply of equivalent goods, the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or the payment of the cost of obtaining equivalent goods; and

      in relation to services, the supply of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for loss or damage of any kind arising out of your use of, or relating to, this Website, or your purchase and or use of Products, will be reduced or limited to the extent (if any) that you cause or contribute to the loss or damage.
