Turkey and Black Bean Tacos

Ingredients (makes two tacos):
- 100g lean ground turkey
- 1/4 cup black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1/4 onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- Two small corn tortillas
- 1/4 avocado (sliced)
- 2 tbsp salsa
- 1 tbsp light sour cream
- Fresh cilantro (optional for garnish)
Instructions:

Cook the ground turkey and onion in a pan over medium heat until the turkey is browned.
- Add taco seasoning and black beans to the pan. Stir to combine and heat for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
- Fill each tortilla with the turkey and black bean mixture.
- Top with salsa, avocado slices, and a dollop of light sour cream.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
