Turkey and Spinach Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Make Meatballs:

    • In a bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped spinach, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
    • Mix it all up with clean hands.
    • Form into small meatballs.
  1. Cook Meatballs:

    • Place the meatballs on a greased baking sheet and bake at 190°C for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  2. Serve:

    • Enjoy the meatballs on their own or with a side salad!
