Turkey and Spinach Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 1lb ground turkey
- 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste

Make Meatballs:
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped spinach, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix it all up with clean hands.
- Form into small meatballs.

Cook Meatballs:
- Place the meatballs on a greased baking sheet and bake at 190°C for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
